Below is sponsorship information for your review and consideration for the 27th annual "Technology, Reading & Learning Diversity (TRLD)" Conference which will be held from January 22—24, 2009 in San Francisco, California.

Sole sponsorship secures tote bags with your camera-ready company logo and the TRLD logo. Each registered participant will receive a tote bag filled with sponsored literature, the conference program and other "conference goodies!"
Lanyards ($3,500)

Sole sponsorship secures lanyards with your company logo for each participant.
Advance Conference Program ($5,000) Mailed to over 50,000 educators
- Company name and/or logo on lanyard
Co-sponsorship (4 sponsorships available)
Exhibit Hall Opening Ceremony ($3,000)
- Your company logo on the back cover of the Advance Conference Program (with Commitment by July 17)
- Complimentary quarter page four color advertisement within the advance conference program (if received by July 17)
- Two complimentary conference registrations (excluding pre-conference sessions)
Sole sponsorship secures the opening of the exhibit hall ceremony on January 22—24, 2009. Your company will make arrangements and pay the Hyatt Regency San Francisco for hors d'oeuvres, snacks and/or beverages for approximately 800 conference attendees. Please contact TRLD directly for availability.
Cyber Café & Wireless Internet Access in the Grand Ballroom Foyer ($5,000)
- Opportunity to display your banner at the ceremony
- Two complimentary conference registrations (excluding pre-conference sessions)
Sole sponsorship secures a workstation of computers in the Grand Ballroom Foyer area where attendees can surf the net and check their email or use their own computers to access the Internet.
Your company logo on the back cover of the advance conference program (with commitment by July 17)
Community of Learners Cafe ($2,000)
- Company logo on each cyber café desktop computer
- Company website defaulted on the web browser of each cyber café computers
- Signage throughout the Grand Ballroom Foyer with your company logo acknowledging your sponsorship
- Two complimentary conference registrations (excluding pre-conference sessions)
Sponsorship secures snacks and coffee for two invited networking sessions. This special event was created for attendees, speakers, and exhibitors of TRLD as a networking opportunity.

Conference Banquet Sponsorship Opportunities
Thursday Continental Breakfast ($6,000) Sponsorship secures a continental breakfast for pre-conference attendees at a specific time in the morning. Continental breakfast will be served by the hotel for all participants of the conference.
Thursday Coffee Break ($2,000)
- Your company logo on the back cover of the advance conference program (with Commitment by July 17)
- Company name and/or logo signage visible on the breakfast tables
- Two complimentary conference registrations (excluding pre-conference sessions)
Sponsorship secures a coffee break for pre-conference attendees at a specific time in the morning. Coffee, decaf, and tea will be served by the hotel for all participants of the conference.
Friday Continental Breakfast ($8,000)
- Company name and/or logo signage visible on the break tables

Level 2 Sponsors
Individual Participant Scholarship ($400/scholarship)
Co-sponsorship (unlimited sponsorships available) secures a scholarship for a first time participant who is asking for a conference fee waiver.
Literature/Pen Distribution ($350)
Sponsorship (20 available). Each attendee will receive a tote bag containing conference materials as well as sponsors handouts. Sponsorship secures TRLD staff to "stuff" each bag with your literature/pen at a cost of $350 for up to 1000 pieces. Literature/Pen Distribution Details (PDF)
Weblink referral (Free or $50)
A complimentary link to your website on the TRLD website will be provided should you exhibit. We ask that you also provide a link on your website to the TRLD homepage. If you choose not to exhibit, you can still sponsor the conference for only $50 by sending us your webpage and logo and we will add your link on our website.
